This property is a villa with 300 sqm and land with 8000 sqm, located in a protected area in the Natural Park of Sintra Cascais. Access is straightforward, and while there are other houses in the area, you'll enjoy complete privacy. The property's location is unbeatable, just 3 minutes from Praia Grande beach and Praia da Adraga beach and a small village with everything you could possibly need, including a supermarket, pharmacy, small clinic, hairdresser, butcher, and fresh fish. You'll find everything you need nearby, including groceries, coffee shops, restaurants and more. The Sintra Historic Centre is just 20 minutes away, where you can explore the historic monuments classified by UNESCO as World Heritage Sites. The centre of Cascais and Guincho beach are only 15 minutes away. Lisbon is just 30 minutes away.

The house is tastefully decorated. The house has five bedrooms, all with double beds, and three of them have ensuite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The bedrooms have French windows opening onto the garden. All beds have comfortable mattresses and 100% cotton sheets. You will also find excellent quality bath and beach towels provided. The spacious living room boasts a fireplace and comfortable sofas, with large glass sliding doors seamlessly connecting the interior with the garden. This outdoor area is perfect for al fresco dining, whether it's lunch, dinner or breakfast. The house has a dining room with 12 seats and a big table. The TV room boasts two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and cable channels.The entire house offers unparalleled views of the garden, sea and mountains. At night, the light from the Cabo da Roca lighthouse can be seen from the house. The property is surrounded by a spacious, landscaped garden with a heated pool, securely fenced for children's safety. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the necessary cooking appliances.
