Failed US postage stamp, "The Road Winter" from Currier and Ives, addressing the theme of Christmas.
Above, on the left, a "snowflake" seems to slide from the top of the stamp to the figure.
Touching the surface of the stamp, I noticed no roughness indicating that the stamp was damaged.
If I am correct, this stamp have a very interesting "defect".
